3. What does Diluted mean? When you provide your urine sample to the testing facility they have no idea if what you gave them was actually your urine. There are only 2 things that they can tell about your urine at their laboratory no matter what kind of test they run. Is the sample that you provided urine, and is it clean or dirty. The only way that they can tell if your sample is really urine is by checking the creatine levels of the sample. We all have the by-product of creatine, known as creatinine, in our urine from proteins we eat. If you don’t consume very much protein on a daily basis or have consumed large amounts of liquid while pre-cleansing in the days before your test, you will have low levels of creatinine in your urine which may cause your test to come back as diluted. We recommend that you purchase some creatine monohydrate and take it in the 2 days before you go in for your test. Creatine can take 24-48 hours to properly absorb into your body so consuming it before the day of your test is important. Creatine comes in a variety of forms such as powder, capsules, and premixed into sports and nutrition drinks, and it’s sold in every vitamin/nutrition or health food store in the world.
4. You should not eat any food before and after taking a detox product. Food will absorb the detox and make it less effective. It is recommended that you do not eat for at least 3 hours before or after taking your detox product. If you must eat, avoid foods that are heavy, greasy, or filling.
